Yes, a valid photo ID is required for entry to all our events. Accepted forms include passports, driver’s licenses, and government-issued ID cards. Please note that photocopies or digital images are not accepted.

Most of our events don’t have a strict dress code—just dress to impress and feel comfortable. However, certain events may have specific dress requirements, like our Halloween parties (fancy dress). Check the event details for more information.

All attendees must be at least 18 years old to enter our events. Some events may have a higher age requirement, which will be clearly indicated in the event details on the ticket link.

Event start and end times are listed in the event description. Generally, our day events run from 2 PM to 11 PM  and our evening events run from 11 PM to 4 AM , but please check individual listings for variations.

Once tickets sell out, all available tickets are typically gone. However, you can join the Waiting List (if applicable). If more tickets become available, they’ll be offered to those on the list in order.

We don’t issue direct refunds. However, if a Waiting List is available for your event, you can list your tickets through the ticketing platform. If someone on the list buys your ticket, you’ll receive a refund automatically.

We don’t operate a direct lost & found service, but the event venue does. Please contact the venue directly for assistance with lost items.

We don’t have photographers at every event, but any official photos will be uploaded to our
Facebook albums about a week after the event.
